Global Motor Imports, (GMI), will warranty all GMI products sold through authorized GMI Dealers. Our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and conditions. The terms and conditions of our warranty are as follows:

All GMI scooters carry a twelve (12) month or 4,000 mile warranty on all parts with the exception of the battery, tires, brake shoes/pads, belts and or chains. We have a ninety (90) day warranty on labor. Our shop rate is $ 35.00 per hour. Global Motor Imports warrants all scooters from date of purchase or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first.

In order for Global Motor Imports warranty to be valid, the scooter must be delivered and serviced by an authorized GMI dealer. The GMI dealer is responsible for preparing the scooter according to the pre-delivery checklist. Owner must be responsible for prescribed maintenance. Warranty registration card must be completed and sent to GMI. Global Motor Imports shall have the final decision on warranty claims and their validity.

GMI ATV models will be covered by a twelve (12) month warranty on parts and a ninety (90) day warranty on labor.

Limitations of Warranty:

The warranty shall not apply if the :

• Vehicle has been used for business or commercial use.
• Vehicle has not been serviced by an authorized GMI Dealer
• Vehicle has been used for racing
• Vehicle has been abused by owner
• Prescribed maintenance has not been done on vehicle
• Vehicle has been modified or altered (except for products authorized by GMI)
• Vehicle has not been registered with GMI
