When your washed truck arrives, the box area is thoroughly cleaned of road grime, wax, oils and silicone.

Wiretrim Edge Cutting Tape is applied to all trim lines. We use WireTrim to make precise, perfect trim lines every time. The double sided 1/4" tape envelops a high strength cutting wire which is pulled out through the coating material. No knife ever touches your truck's paint finish. Masking paper is then applied to protect your vehicle from overspray.

The surfaces to be coated are lightly scuffed to aid with adhesion. All areas are vacuumed, wiped with a tack cloth and pre-paint cleaner.

Reflex GripCoat 700 is sprayed up to 1/4" thick in the box and on the tailgate.

 

The enclosed wire is pulled out through the coating to trim the liner's edge. No knife ever touches your truck's paint finish. The masking paper is removed to complete the job.
